Learning that meets you where you are
As a neurodivergent learner and an educator with over eight years of experience, I understand that everyone approaches learning differently.
I believe great learning design starts with empathy: understanding who your learners are, what they need, and how to make their experience feel welcoming, approachable and rewarding. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to learning. That’s why I choose the tools, techniques and experiences that best serve the people I’m designing for.

I craft a narrative and a cast of characters to guide learners through complex topics, making each step feel like part of an adventure. - Sometimes, simplicity is key.
I break information into clear, bite-sized lessons with opportunities to practice, reflect and build confidence along the way. - Always, it’s learner-centered.
I design for the people who will take the course. When there are characters, they reflect those learners, so people see themselves in the story.
